RATES
Commercial Artist Rates – TV/Film/Advertisements - Subject to Terms
A Cancellation fee of 50% of the day rate is charged if 24 hours-notice is not given.
Travel and/or accommodation is negotiated where applicable.
Repeat/buyout fees/usage per channel, to be added on all featured artists, amount to be agreed at the time of booking.
Photographic Model Rates - Subject to Terms
All prices are for 1 usage only. Additional usage to be agreed at time of booking.
Agency Booking Fees
An agency booking fee of 20% is charged on the total amount of all photographic and commercial invoices. For the avoidance of doubt this includes casting fees, shoot fees, buyouts and usage.
Once an artist is introduced to a client by way of submission and/or casting/shoot, any repeat jobs and correspondence regarding that artist is to be with Spotted solely.
Children under 16 years of age require a licence for paid performances. It is the client's responsibility to licence the children. Please note to put a licence in place takes a minimum of 5-10 working days, depending on the council involved. Spotted provide a licence processing service to clients for £35 per application.
All fees quoted are subject to negotiations.
